I. Personal Information we collect from you and its purposes
Personal Information refers to all kinds of information recorded by electronic or other means that can independently or in combination with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. We will collect and use your Personal Information for the following purposes: (1) We will collect your mobile phone number, which will be used to create "Dokii" account for you and provide you with provide you with quick login service and other relevant services; (2) When creating an account for you,we will collect your gender and date of birth information for other users to better understand you and for us to provide you with services more suitable for your needs and to match you with users more suitable for you.You can also choose to fill in or change your information according to your own needs, but if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of the product and related services (except for the user name, which is required for registration). (3) We will collect the content generated by you for review, such as comments, texts, messages, pictures, images, sounds or other data materials uploaded, distributed or streamed on the application when you use the Dokii service, to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations of any relevant jurisdiction; (4) When you create a Dokii account by connecting to a third-party social media (such as Facebook, Apple, Google), or when you associate your Dokii account with a third-party social media account, we will obtain basic user information such as nicknames and avatars to help you create an account.The third-party platform’s handling of your personal information will be governed by the third-party’s privacy policy. (5) According to specific permissions granted in the process of your installation and use of "Dokii" software and related services, we will collect information on the equipment you use (e.g., equipment type, operation system version, equipment configuration, equipment identification, software and hardware information such as network information, equipment, environment, etc.), to provide you with search results as well as demonstrations that are more fit your needs, to understand product suitability and to identify the abnormal state of accounts. (6) We will collect your web log information (the date and time of your use of Dokii software and relevant services, etc.) to identify abnormal status of your account and meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. (7) We may use or integrate your user information, equipment information and related web logs, in order to improve security in your use of our service, to protect your or other users’ or the public personal property safety of from harm and, to better prevent fishing website, fraud, the network vulnerability, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion and other risks. It can more accurately identify violation of laws and regulations or violation of "Dokii" related agreement, and it is used for comprehensive judgment on your account risk, account validation, account examination, testing, to prevent security incidents, and to take necessary measures to record, analyze and dispose. (8) We may keep your communication/call records and contents or your contact information when you contact us, so as to contact you or help you solve problems, or keep record of the solutions and results for relevant problems. If we stop operating "Dokii" software and related services, we will immediately stop collecting your personal information, and notify you of the stop of operation in the form of one-by-one service or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. (9) Collect the basic device information, device identification information, device network information and device application information of end users through the Shumei SDK integrated in your application as follows: a. Basic equipment information, including equipment brand, equipment manufacturer, equipment model number, equipment name, equipment system type and version, equipment basic configuration, equipment basic settings, equipment environment; b. Device identification information, including IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), ICCID (Integrate Circuit Card Identity), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), MAC address, Bluetooth MAC address, Android ID, IDFV (Identifier For Vendor), IDFA (Identity for Advertisers), OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier), GAID(Google Advertising ID),device serial number; c. Device network information, including network access form, wireless router identification (BSSID, SSID, MAC) and IP address, WIFI list, network operator information, network base station information, network connection status; and d. Device application information, including SDK host application package name and version number, application list (only used to detect whether there are malicious software such as underground industry tools on the device). In the Android system, in order to obtain some device information of the above-mentioned end users, we also need you to apply for the following permissions to the end-users through your App. If you do not apply for permission from the end-user or the end-user does not agree to the application for such permission, we will not be able to collect the corresponding device information, but it will not affect your continued use of the Shumei Services. licensing purpose

II. We may need to obtain your device permissions
We need to get the authorization of access to your mobile phone photo albums, to enable you to select a photo from the album of your phone as your account avatar or post content.If you do not use the aforementioned service we provide, we will not visit your phone photo albums. You can cancel the authorization at any time for us to visit your mobile phone photo albums. We need to get the authorization of access to your mobile phone microphone, to enable you use your mobile phone microphone to record your voice and/or have voice chat. If you do not use the aforementioned service we provide, we will not visit your phone photo microphone. You can cancel the authorization at any time for us to access your mobile phone photo microphone. We need to get the authorization of access to your location, which is used to display your living city to other users and/or match the user for you and/or recommend content from users in the same place for you. If you do not use the aforementioned service we provide, we will not visit your location. You can cancel the authorization at any time for us to access your location. We need the authorization of your mobile phone notification so that we can push relevant service notifications to you. If you do not want to receive the aforementioned notifications, you may close our mobile phone notification access at any time.
III. How we share and disclose your personal information
Share (1) Please note that if your profile is public, your content will be visible to anyone on the platform and may also be accessed or shared by your friends and followers. (2) We may disclose your personal information to members of our company (that is, entities controlled by us or jointly controlled with us), under the premise that it is necessary for services, customer management, content customization, advertising, analysis, verification, functionality and security and compliance. (3) We will access, store and share your personal information with regulators, law enforcement agencies or others if we reasonably believe that such disclosure is required to: (a) comply with any applicable laws, regulations, legal program or governmental request, (b) enforce the applicable Terms of Use, including investigating potential violations, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activity, security or technical issues, (d) prevent harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees or other third parties; (e) maintain and protect the security and integrity of the Dokii Services or infrastructure. (4) We may disclose your personal information to authorized service providers who perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, content customization, analytics, analysis, security, map navigation, data storage and cloud services, supporting our functionality, and other functionality provided through the Dokii Services. These service providers may have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions, but may not share or use such information for any other purpose. If you choose to share voluntarily or otherwise authorize us to share, we will share your personal information with the third party you designate. Currently, our partners include the following types: Cloud service providers: To provide services for global users, we choose cloud service providers with high-quality privacy protection and data security protection capabilities, such Tencent Cloud. Content audit service provider: To ensure that the content posted by users on the Internet information platform is safe and complies with the regulatory requirements of the local government, we may share the content information posted by you on the platform with the third-party content audit service providers entrusted by us; Cooperative third-party SDK providers: When you use the functions provided by a third party in Dokii, we may access the Software Development Kit (SDK) provided by a third party to realize the relevant functions. We will restrict the SDK service providers through cooperation agreement. However, third-party SDK providers may collect your personal information. The aforementioned service providers' collection and processing of information and other activities are subject to their own privacy terms, and do not apply to this policy. To ensure the maximum security of your information, we recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party SDK service before using it. Message push service: To provide you with message push, third-party push service providers may obtain your push SDK version number, necessary device information, mobile phone status information, geographic location information and network related information so as to push information you may be more interested in; Please refer to Information Collection and Use of Third-Party SDKs for details. Transfer We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances: (1) Transfer with express consent: after obtaining your express consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties. (2) When it comes to mergers, acquisitions or bankruptcy liquidation, or other situations involving mergers, acquisitions or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will request the new holder of you personal information, the company and the organization, continues to be bound by this policy, otherwise we will ask the company, organization or individual to obtain consent from you again.
IV. AI Features and Your Data
To enhance your experience and provide you with innovative functionalities, our App integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. These functionalities may include:
- AI Translation: When you utilize the chat translation feature, the chat messages (text content) you send and receive will be transmitted to us or our third-party AI service providers for processing to facilitate language translation. We will not store the final copy of the chat content used for translation, except for transient caching necessary for the provision of the service or where you expressly elect to save such content.
- AI User Insights and Summaries: We may employ AI technologies to analyze your user profile information (e.g., publicly available information you provide, interest tags, etc.) and your behavioral data within this App (e.g., frequency of use, interaction patterns, etc., excluding your private chat content) for the purpose of generating intelligent summaries regarding your usage habits or providing you with personalized insights. Such summaries shall be used solely to improve your application experience or, subject to your authorization, be displayed to you.
- AI Personalized Recommendations/Interactions: Based on your user profile and behavioral data (similarly excluding your private chat content), we may utilize AI technologies to generate personalized greeting phrases or other interactive suggestions to assist you in interacting more effectively with other users. You may choose whether or not to use these suggestions.
How We Use Your Data for AI Features:
- Provision and Improvement of Services: To implement the aforementioned AI functionalities and to continuously improve the accuracy and utility of AI models.
- Personalized Experience: To provide you with more relevant personalized content and recommendations tailored to your needs.
- Data Processing: Please be advised that for the realization of certain AI functionalities (such as AI large model translation), your data may be transmitted to our partnered third-party AI technology service providers for processing. We shall exercise due diligence in selecting our partners and shall require them to adhere to data protection measures no less stringent than the standards set forth in this Privacy Policy. We will only share necessary data for such purposes.
Your Choices and Control:
- For certain AI functionalities (e.g., AI Translation), you may choose whether or not to use them.
- You may manage your personal information at any time through the in-App settings or by contacting us.
Data Security:
We are committed to protecting the security of your data. With respect to data used for AI functionalities, we will implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
V. International Data Transfers
Your Personal Information may be processed by us, our trusted third party suppliers outside of the country (s) in which you reside, including in countries where data protection and privacy laws or regulations may be equivalent to, or as protective as, the data protection laws and regulations in your country . In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that: Your personal information remains protected and secure when transferred from your country to a jurisdiction with a lower level of personal data protection. These measures include, if applicable, transfers in accordance with data transfer agreements implementing standard data protection clauses. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for these third-party websites or mobile applications or their content. Please note that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third-party websites or mobile applications or content, nor to any information collected after you click on links to these third-party websites, mobile applications or content.
VII. How do we store and protect your personal information
1.Your personal information will be processed and stored on servers that may not be in your place of residence. Our support, development and other teams around the world have access to your information from outside of your place of residence. No matter where our servers are located, we will take appropriate measures to protect your rights in accordance with this privacy policy.Our servers used for platform services are located in: Frankfurt, Germany. We try our best to provide security measures for users' personal information, to prevent illegal use, unauthorized access, disclosure, leakage, damage and loss of users' personal information. You can choose not to provide personal information at any time You can request to opt-out of allowing us to send you push notifications at any time by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device. You can turn off GPS location, microphone, camera or other similar functions on your mobile device if you do not want to share them. If we will no longer provide you with products or services permanently. If we decide to respond to your removal request, we will do so in a timely manner. When you delete information from our services, we may not delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately, but we will delete this information when the backup is updated. Please note that we may also retain certain information for as long as necessary for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user account due to unsafe conduct or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Dokii account in the future.

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that personal information from a person under the age of 18 has been collected on or through the Dokii Services, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information. X. Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may modify or revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. Although we may attempt to notify you when material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, you should periodically check the Dokii Services for the latest version so that you are aware of any changes, as they will be binding on you. If we change anything in the Privacy Policy, the date of change will be reflected in the "Last Updated Date".
